| 1) We need to use Federal funds to ensure that Native American communities all have access to electricity. We did this for the rest of America nearly 100 years ago. Growing our country out of the COVID-19 crisis will require deficit spending on this and other projects. 2) We need to use Federal funds to support coal communities across rural America to facilitate a just transition to a clean economy. This too will require deficit spending to support economic growth. 3) We need to expand Federal loan guarantees for renewable energy projects. |
